1. Who is responsible
NaughtyEmber, reachable at hello@naughtyember.xyz, operates this website. In this policy "we" and "us" mean the operator of naughtyember.xyz.
2. What we collect
This site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no comments, no forms and no tracking pixels. Reading it does not require you to tell us anything.
Server logs
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard request information (IP address, browser type, the page requested, the time) to serve pages and defend against abuse. We do not use these logs to identify individual readers, and they are retained only as long as the provider keeps them.
If you email us we keep the message and your address for as long as it takes to reply and for a reasonable time afterwards, in case the conversation continues. We do not add you to any list.
3. Cookies
We set no cookies of our own and run no analytics scripts. Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security and load balancing; these carry no profile of you and are not used for advertising.
4. When you leave through our links
Links marked as affiliate links (see the disclosure) take you to a third-party service. That service may record that you arrived from this site so that a commission can be attributed. From that point on, the third party’s privacy policy applies, not ours. We do not receive your name, email or any account details from them, only aggregate reports of sign-ups.
5. What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent any information about visitors.
- We do not run advertising networks or retargeting on this site.
- We do not build profiles of readers.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; the site is written for adults.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it is used. Because we hold almost nothing beyond email correspondence, these requests are usually short. Email us and we will respond within thirty days.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date at the top. We do not have a way to notify you individually, because we do not keep a list of readers.
